Shipping & Returns
Non-returnable (hygiene reasons): All swimsuits and earrings.
Returnable items: Necklaces, rings, bracelets, and beachwear (unworn and in original packaging).
Packaging requirement: Must include all original tags and packaging to qualify.
Return window: 7 days from date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Refund processing: Within 5 business days of receiving your return.To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. Use a trackable shipping method when sending items back.
