Isanaa Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to infringe the rights of Isanaa or any third party. Any violation may result in immediate suspension of your access.

Collection and Use – Customer data (name, email, address, order history): order processing, customer service, newsletter, and personalized offers. – Payment data (card, Klarna, PayPal): managed through secure external gateways. Isanaa Boutique does not store your banking information. Cookies and Trackers – Essential: session management, preferences. – Functional & Analytical: performance and statistics (Google Analytics). – Advertising: targeting via Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads. You can disable or configure each tracker in your browser or via the links in our Privacy Policy. Data Sharing – Logistics, marketing, and payment partners under confidentiality agreement. – No sale or rental of personal data. – Hosting and subcontractors outside Quebec are held to equivalent security standards. Delivery and returns
Shipping (Local delivery only)
We deliver exclusively to Montreal (city of Montreal and neighboring boroughs).
Delivery charge: $8 for all orders, regardless of the amount.
Estimated time: 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a second delivery will be charged an additional $5.
Returns & Exchanges
Refund request: within 14 days of receiving the package (bikinis are not returned for hygiene reasons).
Return shipping: within 10 days after approval of your request, via our email at info@isanaa.boutique (return costs: $5, at your expense).
Conditions: Unworn item, with intact tag and in perfect condition.
Refund: Item price and taxes, excluding shipping costs, credited to the same payment method.
Exchange: for an item of the same value in a different size or color.
